Your HOA, Run Right. Right Here in the Valley.

HOA management & HOA tax filing — a local, bilingual team. Not a call center.

Most RGV communities are managed by national chains from an office three states away — or by volunteer board members drowning in paperwork. We handle the dues, the vendors, the meetings, and the IRS filings, so your board can get back to being neighbors.

File My HOA's Taxes
Is your HOA behind on its tax filings?
For most HOAs the federal return is due April 15. Missed years can pile up penalties — but catching up is usually simpler and cheaper than boards fear. Ask us for a free, no-pressure review.

Local, and only local
The big firms manage hundreds of markets from out-of-state call centers. We serve the RGV and nowhere else — we drive your streets, we know your vendors, and we show up to your meetings in person.
🌐
Bilingual service — English & Spanish
In the Valley, an HOA manager who only speaks English is only doing half the job. Every notice, every call, every meeting — fully available in both languages.
💰
Transparent pricing, published right here
Most management companies make boards sit through a sales pitch to hear a number. Our per-door pricing and tax filing fee are on this page. No surprises in the contract.
🔧
Vendors at cost. Zero markup.
Some managers quietly add 10–20% on top of every landscaping and repair invoice. We pass vendor costs straight through to your association and show you every bid.
📱
A board portal that's always on
Financials, dues status, violation logs, vendor invoices — your board sees everything in real time, without having to email us and wait.

Questions boards ask us all the time.
Does our HOA really have to file taxes every year?
Yes. Homeowners associations are corporations in the eyes of the IRS, and they must file a federal return every year — most commonly Form 1120-H — even when no tax is owed. Many small, self-managed HOAs in the Valley have never filed and don't know it. If that's your association, don't panic: catching up is usually straightforward, and we can help.
Can you file our taxes even if someone else manages our HOA?
Absolutely. Tax filing is a standalone service — a flat $350 per return. Plenty of self-managed communities and boards with other management companies use us just for the annual filing. We'll ask for your association's basic financial records and handle the rest.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We operate month-to-month with a simple 30-day cancellation notice. National chains often lock communities into multi-year agreements — we'd rather earn your board's business every month.
How do you handle deed restriction violations?
Fairly and consistently, following your association's governing documents and Texas Property Code notice requirements. Homeowners get clear, bilingual notices with photos and a chance to fix the issue before anything escalates. Your board approves the policy; we apply it evenly to every home.
Do you have bilingual staff?
Yes — everything we do is available in English and Spanish: homeowner notices, dues statements, meeting support, and phone calls. In the RGV, that's not a nice-to-have; it's how a community actually stays informed.
Our community is small. Is it worth hiring a manager?
Often, yes — and sometimes only partially. That's exactly why we offer Financial-Only management: we handle the dues, books, and filings while your board keeps day-to-day control. Small communities can also start with just the annual tax filing. Call us and we'll tell you honestly what makes sense for your size.
